| We salvaged eleven usable logs out of this landmark tree that had turned into a hazard because of its old age. |
| The stump along with many of the large branches in the canopy were extremely rotten. At points, the wood was only 1 inch thick. It is amazing this tree did not fall in such a high traffic area. |
